I am fairly certain it is not a switch, switch cabling, vm host, or vm issue. I am having a nightmare of a time trying to figure out the root cause of this. Laptops authenticate to LAP devices via NPS on a 2008 R2 Domain Controller. Remote Desktop Services settings controlled via GPO and basically set to optimize for speed (16bit color, no printer redirection, no sound, LPT, or other device redirection, etc.). The switch is connected to the 3750G stack via fiber.
